A Reggio Emilia Inspired Program for
Infants and Pre-Toddlers

AEBS follows the Reggio Emilia approach which is an innovative and inspiring approach to early childhood education, we value the child as strong, capable and resilient; rich with wonder and knowledge. Every child brings with them deep curiosity and potential and this innate curiosity drives their interest to understand their world and their place within it.

The growth, development, and learning of your child starts with sensory and motor interaction with the world. The brain is built from the bottom up and this starts with movement and sensory exploration. Sensory stimulation and feedback drive the brain, but the motor system drives sensory stimulation—you can’t have one without the other. This is at the core of everything we do at AEBS. Improving motor skills, sensory detection, and processing has to come before any higher learning, either behaviorally or academically, can take place at our school.

Our school strives to examine what, where and how children should learn in order to thrive in a dynamic world. Our Teachers embrace learning for the future, they nurture expert thinking, collaboration and entrepreneurship. They foster intercultural understanding, environmental stewardship and global citizenship.

As an inspired Reggio Emilia school we deeply believes in the heart of this approach. We have embraced this concept because it fosters autonomy and social-personal skills while nurturing creativity. Scaffolding upon these skills paves the way for the future learning!
